Product Test Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Test Specialist with 6 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium Salesforce Advance Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
  • Utilize Salesforce Advance to enhance testing processes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Test and validate functionalities within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results and any issues encountered.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress.
  • Assist in the development of automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Monitor and report on testing metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Selenium for automated testing.
  • Must have expertise in Salesforce Advance Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Nice to have experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have the ability to work in a day shift with no travel requirements.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator ISTQB Certified Tester
