Job summary
Compensation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting US Compensation cycle bonus uploads Long Term incentives processes as per the defined framework in Workday.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on strategies policies and programs that align with business objectives and support compensation bonus long term incentive processes.
Familiar with US Compensation policies and cycle
Support the execution of compensation cycle and the succession planning processes.
Mass upload of employee compensation data on workday through upload templates
Testing of mass upload data and resolve technical issues while updating data
Support with execution of compensation management activities and provide adequate guidance to employees or managers.
Build relationships with HR business partners and business leaders to understand the short and long term needs of the business and assess bench strength.
Support HR teams in implementing the succession plans and contingency frameworks.
Work and collaborate closely with HR Specialists and ensure that all employees have the necessary training information and resources to maximize their productivity.
Adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
Graduate or Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
With overall 2 to 5 years of work experience in Compensation within HRO processes
Open to work in US night shifts
Certifications Required
Workday certification (preferred)
