Vice President - Head Global Supply Chain

Job summary

1. Global Supply Chain head is a key member of the Operations organization and works closely with the Commercial COO Delivery COOs (MDU and ISL) besides the Delivery and Commercial heads to Anticipate rigorously manage business performance enabling the Organization to consistently achieve its revenue and profitability targets whilst delivering strategic objectives outlined below.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Head count (EHC) planning to align with the forecasted revenue to meet Monthly/Quarterly and Annual targets including

o Capacity planning for Lateral hiring CWR Deployment and Gen C absorption across geographies

o Engaging with the Academy on advanced skilling plan to keep the supply fit for purpose

o Capacity planning and skilling at RDC/GDC

Demand Management to ensure the organization has a single version of truth on demand (Adequacy Quality and quantity) and works closely with the markets to predict emerging skills requirements. Continuously monitor the demand quality and works with markets to improve quality of demand including commercial constructs for better fulfillment

o Actively monitor and track Internal supply in engagements that needs to contribute to revenue generation (track billability/utilization)

o Supply from Bench that is to be made fit for purpose thr skilling while concurrently ensuring that aging and undeployable bench is rightfully made applicable as per ADP policy guidelines

o Set target (ISL Markets & Industries) and govern the competent and proficient pool that needs to be encouraged to take up higher order roles thru IJM

o Identify the travel ready (Visa ready) pool regularly and negotiate with the ISL/Industries ensuring that onsite demands are managed thru this supply pool optimally reducing external hiring dependency

o Manages the global visa program including localization initiatives as a supply channel

Fulfillment

o Ensures 90% fill rate for all SL/Markets

o Develops and delivers to a large account ramp-up including GCC and/or Rebadging initiatives

o Track and Triage the fulfilment trends and the focus needed at different levels within the biz units across ISL/Industries

Bench Management

o Works with SL and markets to ensure the bench are maintained within the benchmarked levels

o Actively interlocks with Academy SL Competency leaders and Markets to execute learning programs for quick deploybility of associates

Organize disciplined fulfillment reviews by providing management with actionable insights then ensuring action plans are developed and tracked until successful implementation

Periodic review (weekly to quarterly as relevant) to monitor the plan vs. progress as outlined to biz units on the metrics derived from above

Institutionalize knowledge by continuously capturing and sharing best practices

Support a high-performance TSC organization by attracting recruiting developing and retaining highly skilled and experienced associates that are part of current operations

Ability to create a vision design review orchestrate and implement a plan for ongoing business improvement

Capability to lead team and organization through significant change in a fast-paced entrepreneurial high growth environment with continuously increasing scale and complexity

Ability to connect the dots analyze key issues identify trends provide insights and develop and implement strategic solutions

Drive a common culture build an open transparent and cohesive environment through effective communication and exceptional collaboration

Ability to influence stakeholders negotiate escalate Triage to resolve and govern the enterprise vision across the BU-s

Ability to command respect and trust internally and externally

Executive presence gravitas and credibility to make things happen

.Qualifications:(Education Experience)

At least 20+ years of relevant global and cross functional expertise and experience with a mix of Delivery Deal review Commercial constructs and Operations

Highly successful P&L Manager and high potential business leader

Solid academic background with business management degrees from the worlds best schools

Excellent consulting experience and proven ability to lead facilitate negotiate and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes

Excellent interpersonal communications public speaking and presentation skills
