Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist - Tech Supp with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in German Translation to English and speaking German along with domain skills in Commercial Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and requires proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Commercial Lending Cards & Payments processes.
  • Translate German documents to English accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in German to support clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on technical and domain-specific topics.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong German translation and communication skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
  • Show experience in providing technical support in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Be a team player with effective collaboration skills.
