Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of security measures to protect our organizations data and systems. This role requires a deep understanding of vulnerability management and the ability to work in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Vulnerability Management solutions to ensure the security of our organizations data and systems.
  • Oversee the identification assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities within the organizations IT infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT team in the development and execution of security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into all aspects of the organizations operations.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies procedures and incident response plans.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents to identify trends and potential threats.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the organizations overall security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to information security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends technologies and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on security best practices and vulnerability management techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organizations security program by identifying and implementing new tools and processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Defender Vulnerability Management and its implementation.
  • Have strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate security risks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey security-related information to stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation.
  • Have experience in monitoring and analyzing security alerts and incidents.
  • Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in information security.
  • Be capable of training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures.
  • Show a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to information security.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address security challenges.
  • Have experience in developing and executing security policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit the ability to provide recommendations for improving the organizations security posture.
