Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head with 16 to 20 years of experience to lead our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Automation initiatives within the Networks domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing hybrid work models. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of RPA and Automation projects within the Networks domain to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the project teams to align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of automation solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks to maintain project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for automation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of automation projects to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and Automation technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in RPA and Automation.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve automation processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in RPA and Automation within the Networks domain.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Robotics Process Automation tools and Automation technologies.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and cross-functional teams.
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Have a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations related to automation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in automation projects.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a passion for driving innovation and improving operational efficiency through automation.
  • Display a strong commitment to achieving company goals and delivering high-quality results.
