We are looking for a Salesforce (nCino) Business Analyst who will bring in knowledge of the nCino Bank Operating System, along with experience in business analysis, system configuration, and implementation. The Business Analyst will work closely with business customers, technology teams, and end-users to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration within the Salesforce platform.
In this role, you will
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business heads and process managers.
- Collaborate with development team to convert business requirements to actionable user stories.
- Create use cases and provide team based resolutions for Salesforce and integrated applications for email integration, expense management, document management, etc.
- Actively involve in user acceptance testing for Salesforce environment as well as managed packages, including regression testing and UAT.
- Administer and collaborate on the reports and dashboards module for business sales and nCino teams
- Define user experience scenarios using API flow diagrams, to describe functional integration.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of demonstrable experience in Financial Service Cloud and nCino Platform Deployment is required.
- Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
- Experience in Wealth Management Operations and Retail Banking is helpful.
- Superb communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical customers.
- Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices.
