Senior Salesforce (nCino) Developer

As a Senior Salesforce (nCino) Developer, you will use LWC, Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, and Layouts to analyze, design, and develop new features in Salesforce. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of nCino.

In this role, you will

  • Work closely with business customers and multiple teams to propose and design solutions in Salesforce.
  • Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
  • Design, configure and customize nCino.
  • Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • 7+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com.
  • Solid technical background in Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations.
  • 3+ Years of demonstrable experience in nCino
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business customers.
  • Salesforce Certifications like Admin, Platform Developer I.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

  • Prior experience in Commercial Banking
  • nCino Certifications like 101/201/301

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON.
