Salesforce nCino DevOps Lead

As a Salesforce nCino DevOps Lead, you will collaborate with Business system analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Coordinate technical tasks and craft technical designs and documentation. Provide mentorship to the team and deliver comprehensive technical solutions.

In this role, you will

  • Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within nCino Bank Operating System applications
  • Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives
  • Create and maintain user documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Implement and handle continuous delivery, and the entire release process within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.
  • 7+ Years of proven experience in Salesforce configuration and development.
  • Experienced with at least one of the DevOps tool, for instance-Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle with minimal user disruption by using automation.
  • Should have experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior experience in Commercial Banking
  • nCino Certifications like 101/201/301

Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON.
