Healthcare Consulting - Pharmacy Benefit Management (SME)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Consultant, subject matter expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and a proven track record in driving consulting offerings with clients. This role requires expertise in automation processes to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with clients to understand their PBM needs and develop tailored consulting strategies.
· Lead and implement PBM consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
· Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in PBM services.
· Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards related to PBM.
· Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project outcomes and recommendations to clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PBM solutions with other healthcare services.
· Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 15 years of mid-level management experience in PBM consulting, and/or working with leading Pharmacy companies
· In-depth knowledge of PBM processes and operation, regulations, and industry trends.
· Proven ability to drive successful consulting engagements and deliver measurable results.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
· Demonstrated experience in utilizing automation technologies to enhance PBM operations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Strong client relationship management skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
· Understanding of relevant technologies and software, GenAI, and data analytics tools is a plus
· Certification in PBM or related areas is a plus.
