Senior Process Executive - P&C

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - P&C with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate claim processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and policyholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle complex claims and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Support team training and development initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and company by achieving performance targets

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Office
  • Should have experience in Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Should be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be adaptable to night shifts and work-from-home environment
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
  • Must be committed to providing high-quality customer service
  • Should have the ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Should have a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations
  • Must be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
