Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and contributing to the success of our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Support the development and testing teams by providing clear and concise requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Possess strong English speaking skills.
  • Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
  • Have a basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
