Job Summary

We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk Phantom and Splunk and a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to securing our systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security events using Splunk Phantom and Splunk to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide incident response and remediation support to address security breaches and mitigate risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies procedures and incident reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture.
  • Train and mentor junior security team members on best practices and emerging security techniques.
  • Participate in security awareness programs to educate employees on potential threats and safe practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies to improve overall security infrastructure.
  • Ensure the secure configuration and maintenance of security systems and applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis of security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Splunk Phantom and Splunk.
  • Should have a solid understanding of the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have a proven track record of conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
