Pega Development Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub. Domain experience in Charles River Advent Geneva and Eagle is mandatory. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in Pega Reporting and Pega Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega Application Development.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Pega Data and Integration components with existing systems.
  • Enhance user experience by implementing best practices in Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
  • Manage Pega Case Management processes to streamline business operations.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior developers on Pega technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega technologies and industry trends.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Demonstrate experience in Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Show proficiency in domain skills related to Charles River Advent Geneva and Eagle.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Have a strong understanding of coding standards and best practices.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive approach to project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

    Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA)
