Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 11 to 14 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-FICA-Utilities with other systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP-FICA-Utilities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP-FICA-Utilities to continuously improve the system.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.
  • Have a good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Have experience in conducting training sessions for end-users.
  • Be capable of monitoring and optimizing system performance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Possess strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
