Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience in Psft - Program Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a good understanding of research and development. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the planning implementation and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize program management tools and techniques to optimize project outcomes.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and innovation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Psft
  • Program Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Should have a good understanding of research and development processes and methodologies.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Must be adaptable and open to change.
  • Should have a strong understanding of business and technical requirements.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home and office as needed.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification PgMP Certification or equivalent program management certification.
