Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing. This hybrid role requires working closely with various teams to drive business growth and efficiency. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Create detailed business reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and plans.
  • Ensure alignment of business plans with company goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and feedback.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business processes and systems.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Business Analysis & Planning.
  • Have experience in Sales & Marketing domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Have a proven track record of successful business plan development and implementation.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
