Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake Tasks Snowflake Streams Snowflake SQL and Snowpipe. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure ensuring efficient data processing and storage solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure using Snowflake Tasks ensuring efficient data processing.
  • Implement and manage Snowflake Streams to capture and process real-time data changes.
  • Utilize Snowflake SQL to write complex queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Set up and manage Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
  • Optimize Snowflake database performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Snowflake-related issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in Snowflake development.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Snowflake processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
  • Participate in planning and strategy meetings to align data solutions with business goals.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Snowflake development.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Snowflake Tasks Snowflake Streams Snowflake SQL and Snowpipe.
  • Should have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience in optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have experience with other data integration tools and technologies.
  • Should be proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Should be able to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
  • Must be familiar with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Should have experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Must be able to participate in planning and strategy meetings effectively.
