Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Einstein Prediction Builder Einstein Next Best Action Einstein Discovery SFDC TCRM Service Cloud Einstein Sales Cloud Einstein SFDC Data and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Analytics is a plus. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize Einstein Next Best Action to create and deploy actionable recommendations for users.
  • Leverage Einstein Discovery to analyze data and generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Manage and configure SFDC TCRM to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce components.
  • Implement and optimize Service Cloud Einstein to improve customer service operations.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud Einstein to enhance sales processes and performance.
  • Handle SFDC Data management tasks ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform SFDC Configuration to tailor the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Einstein Prediction Builder Einstein Next Best Action and Einstein Discovery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC TCRM Service Cloud Einstein and Sales Cloud Einstein.
  • Have extensive experience in SFDC Data management and SFDC Configuration.
  • Experience in Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
