Job Tittle: Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE)
- Shifts – flexibility to work 24X7 rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and assist users with Computer and application issues
- Support over voice, email, chat and self-service tickets
- Work with end-users to understand and solve their issues
- Work closely with other IT support teams and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency
- Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards
- Comply with company processes and Quality Standards
- Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the computer systems and applications
- Application development or application support experience is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in English
- Proven work experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Computer systems and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Desired but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
