Service Delivery Manager - B&L

Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our B&L team with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of services to clients ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on MS Excel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Manage client relationships and address any service-related issues promptly
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service expansion
  • Prepare and present service delivery reports to senior management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
  • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel
  • Have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments (nice to have)
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Show ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Display proficiency in managing client relationships
  • Have experience in monitoring and reporting on service performance metrics
  • Show capability to develop and implement service delivery strategies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Possess experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management
  • Exhibit ability to train and mentor team members
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and service quality enhancement
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Service Delivery Manager (CSDM) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
