Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager for our B&L division with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MS Excel and a background in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive team success and contribute to our companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team within the B&L division to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to team members on technical and domain-specific tasks.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance overall team morale.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality projects that positively impact society.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical expertise in MS Excel.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments is highly desirable.
  • Should have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Should be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Should have experience in developing and implementing strategies for team success.
