Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Client Solution Executive who will help Cognizant to build our Energy and Utilities business further with existing tier one Technology clients, who already benefit from a number of Cognizant engagements. The role will also be focused on opening new client relationships and selling the end-to-end SAP capabilities of Cognizant as part of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Increase SAP Solution Sales and profit at our top tier clients for Cognizant SAP offerings and solutions
· Work with Cognizant Client Account Partners and their teams to deliver that success
· Lead team members engaged across various accounts and leverage the required skills from across the broader SAP organizations.
· Lead the Sales Team regarding in opening new logos and expanding in existing accounts
· Responding to RFP’s, RFI’s, customer requests, etc.
· Creating statements of work, change orders, etc
· Build a strong client relationship
· Work with the SAP sales team and account team
· Work with Cognizant delivery team to deliver successfully for clients
Required Qualifications:
· 15+ years of experience in SAP Solutions focused on Business Development, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Sales in consulting.
· ERP: S/4 HANA, SAP ECC
· Analytics: SAP BW, Native HANA, Business Objects, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud
· Data: Big Data, IoT, AI / RPA, Blockchain
· Others: Concur, Ariba
· Strong Knowledge of the Energy and Utility industry, Trends, challenges & opportunities.
· In-Depth understanding of various functions in Energy and Utility companies
· An in-depth understanding and experience Solutioning and selling the following:
· Excellent consulting and communication skills, including the ability to solution and sell strategic consulting work, target operating model work, business cases, roadmaps, etc.
People management experience
· Experience with large, complex product sales and Implementation.
· Customer Experience: SAP Hybris Commerce, Sales, Marketing
· A sound understanding of disruption in the industry due to new entrants
· Experience in solution offerings in any of the areas above is desired
· Good communication/analysis/problem solving and client facing skills are mandatory
Preferred Skills:
· Experience developing solutions for the Energy & Utilities industry would be added advantage
· Certifications in SAP (SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA System Administration SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting)
