Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation and domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of scalable architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with the companys strategic goals and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and processes.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on the organization.
  • Work closely with the Payer domain experts to ensure solutions are tailored to industry-specific requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the integration of automation tools within the existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural designs.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the architecture.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and automation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Hold relevant certifications in automation and architecture to validate technical expertise.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) TOGAF Certified Certified Payer Professional (CPP)
