Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Manager with 13 to 17 years of experience in the Payer domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The Consulting Manager will play a crucial role in driving client success and contributing to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting projects in the Payer domain ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on best practices and industry trends in the Payer domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work with the sales team to develop new business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 13 years of experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Payer domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Display a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in the Payer domain.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and train junior consultants.
  • Show proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Exhibit strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the Payer domain.
