Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Automation and Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. The role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions to enhance our payer systems ensuring efficiency and reliability. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by improving operational workflows and impacting the healthcare industry positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline payer processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design code test and debug software applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Implement best practices in software development including code reviews unit testing and continuous integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document software designs code and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all development activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of automation scripts and applications.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in automation technologies and tools.
  • Have extensive experience in the payer domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
  • Show expertise in software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hold a relevant certification in automation or software development such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP).

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification in automation or software development.
