Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Director with 21 to 25 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Automation and a solid background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive testing initiatives and ensure the highest quality standards. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans for automation projects.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks tools and scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative testing techniques and tools to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are documented and traceable to requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and execution of performance security and usability testing.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a proven track record of leading and managing large testing teams.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent certification in automation testing.
