Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and programs preferably within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects and programs within the portfolio to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence to optimize project processes and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in project management.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team performance and innovation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).
  • Must have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence applications in project management.
  • Nice to have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must have proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
