Role: Senior Data Scientist

Level: L3 / L4

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience using data analytics/machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, deep learning, self-learning etc.)
  • Strong programming skills with python, familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., SKlearn, Matplorlib TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.)
  • Good mathematical, statistical and algorithm writing skills
  • Competent in machine learning principles and techniques.
  • Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve organizational processes
  • Master’s in industrial/manufacturing/production engineering is preferred with previous industry experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems
  • Responsible for end-to-end ML model development process starting from data collection and preprocessing, through model training and evaluation, to deployment and monitoring
  • Lead the data-driven decision-making process, from data collection and analysis to implementation and monitoring of solutions
  • Manage data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
  • Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies
