Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery solutions to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights and improve service performance.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
  • Ensure the alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of ServiceNow applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and advanced ServiceNow techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the ServiceNow development backlog.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics to derive meaningful insights.
  • Have extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD to optimize HR processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist in Workplace Service Delivery Performance Analytics and HRSD.
