Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel Services on Sharepoint and MS Excel along with domain experience in Provider Data Cleansing and Provider Add/Update. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and does not involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of data cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider data.
  • Oversee the updating and maintenance of provider information in the system.
  • Provide support for Excel Services on Sharepoint to enhance data management and reporting.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for various projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in data quality.
  • Monitor data workflows to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on data management best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience with Excel Services on Sharepoint and MS Excel.
  • Must have domain experience in Provider Data Cleansing and Provider Add/Update.
  • Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Should be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
  • Nice to have experience in data governance and compliance.
  • Nice to have experience in creating reports and dashboards.
  • Should be proactive in identifying and addressing data quality issues.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Should be able to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
