Job Title- IICS Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infa Cloud Data Quality, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Infa Cloud Address Verification, Infa Cloud Data Integration, Infa Cloud Data Profiling, Informatica Analyst, and Informatica Address Doctor. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.
- Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions using Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Oversee the integration of data across various platforms using Infa Cloud Data Integration.
- Provide expertise in data profiling and analysis using Infa Cloud Data Profiling.
- Utilize Informatica Analyst to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement address verification solutions using Infa Cloud Address Verification and Informatica Address Doctor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data quality processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data quality best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data quality and integration.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality data is available for decision-making.
-Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in data quality and integration.
- Demonstrate expertise in Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Show proficiency in Infa Cloud Data Integration and Infa Cloud Data Profiling.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and Informatica Analyst.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.
- Show ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
