Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power BI Azure Data Factory Databricks Python PySpark Airflow and BigQuery. This role requires working from the office during day shifts and does not involve travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data solutions that drive business insights and efficiencies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data solutions using MS Power BI Azure Data Factory Databricks Python PySpark Airflow and BigQuery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration across various platforms.
  • Optimize data processing workflows for performance scalability and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions including design specifications code and user guides.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and innovations.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in MS Power BI Azure Data Factory Databricks Python PySpark Airflow and BigQuery.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Be proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Google Professional Data Engineer
