Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis accounting principles and strategic planning to support our business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive financial performance and contribute to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on accounting principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reviews.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to safeguard company assets.
  • Advise on cost management and optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong finance team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis reporting and strategic planning.
  • Exhibit knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Show expertise in budgeting forecasting and financial performance monitoring.
  • Have experience with financial systems and tools for process improvement.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in mentoring and training team members.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
