Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automation and MS Power Automate along with domain experience in Telecom and Networks. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Telecom and Networks projects
  • Oversee the implementation of Automation solutions to streamline business processes
  • Provide expertise in MS Power Automate to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the development of training materials and user documentation
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Automation and MS Power Automate
  • Should possess strong domain knowledge in Telecom and Networks
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should have experience in conducting workshops and meetings
  • Must be able to develop detailed project plans and timelines
  • Should have experience in identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Must be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for solutions
  • Should have experience in developing training materials and user documentation
  • Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

    • Certifications Required

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
