Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing strategic IT solutions and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with business goals
  • Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure and software development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT environments and recommend improvements
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT consulting
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and recommend optimizations
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT consulting
  • Contribute to the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • Have extensive experience in IT consulting with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure software development and system integration
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development

    • Certifications Required

    PMP ITIL or relevant IT consulting certifications
