Technology Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes JavaScript TOSCA Cucumber Python TestNG Selenium Junit and UFT. This role is hybrid with a day shift schedule. Travel is not required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our technology initiatives forward.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium TestNG and Junit
  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes
  • Write and execute test cases using TOSCA and Cucumber to ensure software quality
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Provide technical expertise in JavaScript and Python for test automation
  • Oversee the execution of automated tests and analyze results to identify defects
  • Ensure that all test environments are properly configured and maintained
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Develop and maintain documentation for test processes and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation tools and frameworks
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications
  • Must have proficiency in JavaScript and Python for developing automated tests
  • Must have hands-on experience with TOSCA and Cucumber for test case execution
  • Must have expertise in using Selenium TestNG and Junit for test automation
  • Must have experience with UFT for functional testing
  • Nice to have experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into the pipeline
  • Nice to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Nice to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance
  • Nice to have knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification
