Job Title: Oracle OFSAA Architect
Location: Chicago, IL
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OFSAA Architect to lead implementation projects within our fast-growing Oracle Solutions Practice (OSP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality regulatory reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end OFSAA implementation projects, from data ingestion to regulatory reporting.
· Assess and detail regulatory reporting business requirements, including calculations and transformation needs specific to OFSAA.
· Build and configure OFSAA modules, including GL Recon, OFSI, FSDF, and CAP, to align with client-specific Basel III and Large Exposure framework needs.
· Manage requirements gathering, business/gap analysis, solution design, and documentation for OFSAA projects.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, including OSFI, EBA, and CRA.
· Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize data lineage and transformation processes.
· Provide insights on accounting processes, accounting events, and regulatory requirements to support accurate configuration and reporting.
· Conduct fit-gap assessments from an OFSAA solution/FSDF perspective.
Required Qualifications
· Overall experience of 10+ years in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
· Implementation experience on OFSAA modules such as OFSAA Financial Solution Data Foundation, OFS Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL).
· Strong knowledge of OFSAA architecture and metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets).
· Proficiency in data modeling using the Erwin tool, data migration activities, and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) components.
· Expertise in building T2T (Table to Table) and data transformations in OFSAA.
· Extensive knowledge in creating Oracle Packages, Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Queries using Oracle SQL-PL/SQL.
· Experience in database design, performance tuning, development, and integration using OFSAA modules.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Experience with agile project methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
· At least one end-to-end project execution experience in OFSAA solution.
· Axiom coding experience.
· Knowledge in OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, ODI.

Salary and Other Compensation:
· The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
