Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere along with a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive automation projects and improve financial processes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of automated workflows to enhance financial processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the use of automation tools.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated financial operations.
  • Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation tools and workflows.
  • Develop and document best practices for the use of MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on the effective use of automation tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes through innovative automation solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with relevant domain experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain a commitment to staying updated with the latest automation technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and support team members in the use of automation tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Possess strong documentation and best practice development skills.
  • Show a track record of successful automation project delivery.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
