Sr. Product Specialist(T)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Windchill and preferably experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our product development and management processes ensuring high-quality outcomes and impactful contributions to the companys goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Windchill solutions to meet specific project requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windchill-related issues to maintain system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Windchill configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Windchill features.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Windchill operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for Windchill usage.
  • Support the product lifecycle management process from concept to end-of-life.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Windchill solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical expertise in Windchill with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
  • Should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Nice to have experience in the Medical Devices domain understanding industry-specific requirements.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Should be proactive and able to work independently in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Should be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements especially in Medical Devices.
  • Must have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Should have the ability to conduct training sessions and provide user support.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Windchill developments.
  • Should have a customer-centric approach ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs.

  • Certifications Required

    Windchill Certification Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
