Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Azure Analytics Services and Python3 with a background in Finance & Accounting being a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work in a day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the integration of Azure Analytics Services to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise in Python3 to develop and maintain efficient codebases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and delivered on time.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for product features and updates.
  • Train and support team members on new product functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor product performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting to tailor product features to industry needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product efficiency and user satisfaction.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Azure Analytics Services to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Must be proficient in Python3 for developing robust and scalable applications.
  • Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting to understand and address industry-specific requirements.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Nice to have experience in a hybrid work model to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments.
