We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience in Unix Scripting, Unix, Shell Scripting, People soft- Change Management Linux Jenkins CI/CD for Sitecore and AutoSys - CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management Operations. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
· Own the design implementation and maintenance of Unix and Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Oversee the development and execution of Unix Shell Scripting and Shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
· Provide expertise in PeopleSoft
· Change Management to manage and track changes in the infrastructure environment.
· Implemented and managed CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore using Jenkins to streamline the software development lifecycle.
· Utilize AutoSys
· CA to schedule and monitor batch jobs ensuring timely and accurate execution.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Asset Management Operations ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Unix Linux and associated technologies to minimize downtime and maintain system stability.
· Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
· Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency.
· Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the infrastructure and processes.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in all technical activities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Autosys batch scheduling experience
- Any development Skills/scripting (Any scripting language- preferred- shell and Phyton or perl or Java). Must have debugging knowledge.
- SDLC, CI/CD tools (Gitlab (Source code), Jenkins and processes)
- Unix experience
- Communication
- Nice to have Groovy or YAML or JSON
