Location: Hybrid position - London, UK.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with extensive years of experience with professional development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire - PolicyCenter. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Review design document created by developers and signoff on design solution
  • Reviews User story estimations done by developers
  • Drives technical solution sessions for Sprint User stories from Configuration and Integration perspective
  • Analyses technical interdependencies between various squads, captures and help resolve the technical issues
  • Provides inputs to PO to plan future sprint user stories
  • Guides developers in leveraging Out of box Guidewire functionality and any decisions on custom solutions
  • Provide architectural leadership and system integration approach in view of the target system landscape for ongoing/ planned projects
  • Provide technical leadership to selection of frameworks, patterns
  • Analyze architectural and performance issues and review solution
  • Peer review of developed code and provides approval on Pull request raised by developers
  • Works with DLG Technical leaders to set technical guidelines and processes for the project
  • Participate and provide technical inputs/guidance in defect triage meetings
