Sr. Product Specialist(T)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 10 to 14 years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our asset management capabilities and driving efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo Asset Management to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users for Maximo-related issues and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Maximo configurations customizations and integrations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using Maximo.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Maximo best practices and technical skills.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all Maximo-related activities.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans for asset management and maintenance.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Maximo enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and system performance.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have a background in Industrial Manufacturing which is a plus.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and data management.
  • Display a strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
  • Hold a relevant certification in IBM Maximo or related fields.

  • Certifications Required

    IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 or equivalent.
