Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and Ansible and a strong background in Finance & Accounting domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys technological advancements and impacting the financial sector positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable deployments.
  • Implement and manage configuration management processes using Ansible to automate system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all infrastructure activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks in the infrastructure.
  • Document infrastructure designs processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure practices.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Accounting teams to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure roadmaps and strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Have extensive experience with Ansible for configuration management.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in monitoring and optimizing system performance.
  • Display knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Possess strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exhibit the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Terraform Associate Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
