Sr. Product Test Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter Guidewire - ClaimCenter Guidewire - BillingCenter and Guidewire. This role requires domain experience in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Provide expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability.
  • Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards.

  • Must have extensive experience with Guidewire
  • PolicyCenter Guidewire
  • ClaimCenter Guidewire
  • BillingCenter and Guidewire.
  • Must have domain expertise in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience with automated testing tools.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a keen attention to detail.
  • Should have experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to work day shifts.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Guidewire Professional ISTQB Certified Tester
