Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CBC Consultant with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Admin and Active Directory Admin. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our Microsoft Active Directory environment. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee the administration of Active Directory including user account management and group policy configuration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 and Active Directory issues.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate M365 and Active Directory with other systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Train and support end-users on M365 and Active Directory functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in M365 and Active Directory administration.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide input on strategic IT initiatives and projects to enhance the companys technology infrastructure.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in M365 Admin and Active Directory Admin.
  • Should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in user account management and group policy configuration.
  • Should have experience in implementing and enforcing security policies.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with IT teams and other stakeholders.
  • Should have excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Must be familiar with compliance and audit processes.
  • Should have experience in system upgrades and migrations.
  • Must be able to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Should stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Must have experience in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently in a hybrid work model.

    Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
