Job Summary
We seek a Sr. Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience specializing in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and governance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to drive technology solutions that align with business objectives. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained across all Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce development.
- Manage integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Created and maintained technical documentation for all Salesforce-related projects.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the best solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Should have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
- Must have experience with Omnistudio and FSC
- Experience leading technical teams and projects.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be proficient in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- It is nice to have experience in data quality and data governance domains.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Should have a customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 03/30/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
