Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Communication Cloud Industries OM Industries CPQ Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
  • Implement and manage Industries OM and Industries CPQ to streamline operations.
  • Utilize Omnistudio to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure data consistency and reliability across systems.
  • Configure SFDC applications to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SFDC solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.

  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Must have expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud.
  • Must have experience with Industries OM and Industries CPQ.
  • Must have proficiency in Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning.
  • Must have experience in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
  • Nice to have experience in IT Consulting and Analytics.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

    Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
