Role overview

You join a team and play a leading role in a major Oracle Fusion implementation. As the Training Lead you will drive the end-to-end training strategy ensuring seamless user adoption across a complex multi-system landscape

Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy: Create a robust end-to-Training Strategy based on the scope of the program and Cognizant’s involvement in user training.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conducting a thorough analysis to identify the training needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Training Development: Lead the development effort of the in-scope training programs by utilizing client provided training authoring applications as applicable.
  • Feedback Management: Collaborate with the business leads and SMEs to manage feedback and include them in the training materials as required. The Training Lead may conduct workshops and/or meetings with the SMEs to better understand the feedback and implement them as required.
  • Training Delivery: Support in managing the logistics of training sessions (Train-the-Trainer and/or End User Training as applicable and defined in the SOW by designing a detailed Training Launch and Execution plan.
  • Assist in Change Management: Collaborate with the Change Management team and other OCM-related activities to ensure that key messages are included in the training materials.
  • Training Evaluation: Define the Training Evaluation approach and collaborate with the client to launch the training evaluation in the LMS or as defined in the SOW.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other project team members PMO including IT HR and department heads to ensure that training aligns with overall project goals and timelines.
